You can no longer log into your registered agent portal through

We have updated our software application and now YOU MUST log in from the website you originally signed up on. Meaning you will never be able to log in at again.

We’re sorry…. We built a cool software application to make registered agent services run well and then lots of registered agent services started hiring us for our software, and well. This is just better for everyone and we’re sorry for the inconvenience.

So here’s your next step to get into your online account:

  1. Figure out what registered agent service you originally signed up with. You have to go to their website.

  2. Go to your registered agent services website that you originally signed up on.

  3. Typically in the top right corner, there will be a login button or something called client account or similar verbiage. Click on the login button.

  4. You’ll use the same email address you always use, but if your login doesn’t work, you’ll need to reset your password.

  5. If you’re login doesn’t work, click the “forgot password” link.

  6. Your temporary password will be emailed to you and you can login from the email and you’ll be asked to reset your password once in your account.

  7. You’ll be asked to provide a more complex type of password than before. Yes, it’s 2017 and we can no longer let you use passwords like: password or 1234. Sorry.

  8. You’ll get right into your account and hopefully you think it’s amazing. We’ve updated the look and feel. In particular, we put a lot of effort into helping you get your filing resources a lot better. We’ve also put a lot of work into making it way faster to develop future enhancements. Your account will keep getting better and better. We’re a very short time away from pushing live some major enhancements that will make running a business a lot simpler and easier for you and the registered agent service you hire.
